C3 has the privilege of creating beautiful home designs that are an important part of countless families' lives. We thought you might like them, too.

We invite you to take a look, whether for inspiration or for a plan that's just right for you and your family. We are happy to make changes to the plans to make them uniquely your own.
Found a Plan That You Love?
Here's What Happens Next
1)
Once you find a plan that you love, give us a call or send us an email! Our Principal Greg would love to hear from you and answer any questions you might have.
2)
If plans are good as-is, you will need to email a signed Re-Use Agreement and a check or Paypal payment to C3 Studio.
3)
If changes need to be made to the plans, C3 will create a contract, which will list the re-use fee and modification fee. Once we receive your signed contract and check or Paypal payment, we will create your plan changes.
4)
Plans will be emailed to you in PDF form normally within two weeks and will be best printed on 11x17 inch paper.
For a simple re-use purchase, plans will be emailed to you within 10 business days. If changes are needed or you are purchasing plans from our Plan Concepts section, an individualized time frame will be provided to you before purchase.
